Administration and Events Specialist

You'll be working with Principa. We are a global network of accountants and business advisors with clients in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA and the United Kingdom.

We have an immediate vacancy for an Administrative Support Specialist, based in Reno, Nevada, USA. Variety will play a key part of your role, and some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Delivering extraordinary customer service to Principa's highly valued clients
  • Providing administrative support for Principa team and general office administrative duties
  • Maintaining Principa's Contact Management Database, ACT! (Ideally, you will have some experience in the use of the ACT! Contact Management system.)
  • Coordinating Principa seminars and events, including preparation and management of event budgets, processing registrations and event payments and liaising with hotels, event venues and seminar presenters
  • Attendance at selected Principa seminars and workshops
Your starting salary will be in the range of $26 - $29k, depending on your experience. We are only looking for people with passion and a genuine commitment to grow in this role as they help grow our business, and those of our clients.
