Ric Payne co-founded Results Accountants Systems, the Accountants Boot Camp and the Results Accountants Network, and now Principa. He has personally trained more than 7,600 accounting professionals how to build a better practice and life. Named as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in the Accounting Profession by US magazine, Accounting Today and a frequent key note speaker for professional accounting bodies worldwide, Ric has long been regarded as a major thought leader for the accounting profession. On top of that, the man can ski!

Joanna Gyuire: Practice Development Advisor - North America

Joannas a girl who does everything with one key concept in mind; success! She joined Principa with a background in operations, public relations, administration and research. As a Practice Development Advisor, she applies her constant state of optimism to assist and advise our clients through their implementation of Principa strategies.

Joanna is devoted to making a difference. Away from the office, she volunteers as a grief counselor for kids, spends time with her dog and enjoys hiking. On top of all that, the girl can snowboard!

Kerry Payne: Principa Founder - Global Director of Marketing

Kerry Payne has a long history of small business consulting and management and has been helping re-engineer accounting firms around the world for the past decade with Results Accountants Systems and now Principa. A former small-business advisor for the Australian government, Kerry is an accomplished trainer and speaker who has educated and motivated more than 2,500 professional throughout the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She is a passionate photographer, but PLEASE keep her away from the karaoke machine!

Tiffany Wells: Administration, Marketing and Events Coordinator - Asia Pacific

Tiffany has a background in small business management and many years experience working within an accounting firm. She loves to brainstorm ideas, develop new systems and encourage others to take the next step forward in their own self improvement. Tiffany joined Principa with the strong belief that no one ever stops learning and is excited to see the endless development opportunities flourishing throughout Prinicpa. She is also very passionate to assist our members grow and become a forward thinking, more successful firm of the future.

Away from the office, Tiffany is also involved in a charity for Australian women raising awareness for specific women’s health issues and runs support groups and charity events in her free time.

Jennifer Bommarito: Administration, Marketing and Events Coordinator - North America

Before joining Principa Jennifer was a Project Manager for a financial consulting firm in Southern California. Jennifer joined Principa with a positive attitude to provide outstanding customer relations and excellent administrative support to Prinicipa members. She loves strategic planning, coordinating events, and implementing new ideas. She is ready to identify business needs, present solutions and is eager to facilitate and implement processes that will assist Principa members to be successful.

Jennifer has been very active in the military community and for the last few years she has been committed to other military spouses to give support for the transitions of their husbands leaving, being deployed, and returning home.

Lisa Fleming: Practice Development Advisor - Asia Pacific

Lisa is a qualified accountant who is passionate about small business growth and development. She has experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms which, combined with her strong customer service abilities, is what sets her apart as a Principa Advisor. She is committed to excellence in everything that she does and this work ethic is something she endeavors to establish in Principa members. Lisa was a competitive swimmer at the Australian national level and loves being in the outdoors, especially walking and cycling.
