attendance with the seminar venue and in doing so, we enter into a binding contract that

cancellation penalties.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to an event will result in a 50% of fees
penalty.
- Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to an event will result in 75% of fees penalty.
- Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to an event will result in 100% of fees penalty.
