Early Yardage Strategies
Getting early results for you is an important part of our implementation process.
We'll identify at least three profit improvement strategies that you will be able to implement over the next six months, where we can get an immediate and significant improvement in your cash position. We call this getting "early yardage".
We'll do that by incorporating feedback from your team, your customers and your management group to demonstrate the value you'll realize, and establishing right up front, the credibility of the processes we implement.
