We recommend that all partners attend as well as your key practice management team members to ensure that you "hit the ground running" on your return to the practice and get maximum results from your training.

Participants from US and Canada will be eligible for 23 CPE credits.
Participants from other regions are also entitled to claim Continuing Professional Development / Education credits from their local society or officiating body.

All Principa U professional development programs carry a money back guarantee. If our training programs do not deliver what we promise they will, simply tell us before leaving the program and the tuition component of your investment will be promptly refunded.
If you find you're unable to participate in a Principa U program that you've registered for, we'll naturally be disappointed. But we do understand that plans change and sometimes circumstances beyond your control dictate your calendar.
At the same time, we hope that you understand that when we accept your registration we confirm your attendance with the seminar venue, and in doing so, enter into a binding contract that guarantees we will pay for your attendance. Because of this we need to impose the following seminar cancellation policy for all Principa U programs:
- Security Deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to an event will incur no cancellation penalties.
- Cancellations made 30-44 days prior to an event will result in a 25% of fees penalty.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to an event will result in a 50% of fees penalty.
- Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to an event will result in 75% of fees penalty.
- Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to an event will result in 100% of fees penalty.
