If you find you're unable to participate in a Principa U program that you've registered for, we'll naturally be disappointed. But we do understand that plans change and sometimes circumstances beyond your control dictate your calendar. At the same time, we hope that you understand that when we accept your registration we confirm your attendance with the seminar venue, and in doing so, enter into a binding contract that guarantees we will pay for your attendance. Because of this we need to impose the following seminar cancellation policy for all Principa U programs:
- Cancellations made 35 days or more prior to an event will incur no cancellation penalties.
- Cancellations made 14 – 34 days prior to an event will result in a 25% of fees penalty.
- Cancellations made 3 – 13 days prior to an event will result in a 50% of fees penalty.
- Cancellations made 0 – 3 days prior to an event will result in 100% of fees penalty.
